YF Bible study this friday and Missions Conference on saturday
thanks for all of you who made it out to the gathering, i hope it was a blessing to you as it was to me to worship with 4000+ believers from around the city. you also got to see many of our friends from the getaway as other groups attended as well!
this friday we will be continuing our study on the book of Hebrews and we hope to cover chapter 11 and 12 this week. please bring your Bibles and i encourage you to re-read the previous chapters and these two chapters this week before we gather. this saturday (november 3rd) YF will also be attending the missions conference along with our brothers and sisters in h2o and all of the english congregation. it is from 5pm - 8:30pm. walid bitar will be speaking to us from the arabic outreach centre which will be of special interest to many of you because of the faith of some of your friends at school. it will also be a potluck, so everyone is encouraged to attend and bring some food (or ensure that your parents bring food on your behalf when your family comes) :)
