YF Youth Alpha: Pure Discussion (6pm-9pm) series this Friday (15th)
I hope that you all had some time with family this Thanksgiving weekend to reflect on what you are thankful for. Sometimes we need to just stop and reflect on God's goodness and all that He has done. We took some time to think and the list was very long, we are also thankful for such an awesome YF group too.Please keep praying for the Yip/Yan and their uncle's family through this difficult time. May the Lord teach us what it means to be a church family.
This Friday (15th), we will be continuing our h2o journey regarding the person of Jesus Christ with the fourth video in the series which is entitled Pure. So far, the first video outlined thirst, the second video described the faults of the church and how the church may not always accurately represent Jesus and the third video introduced the concept of God as Father. Pure speaks more about Jesus and what He did and who He is. Please try to arrive around 6pm to share a free meal with us and our discussion as usual will end by 9pm. YF students will facilitate the discussions so that the main interaction will be with peers. YF Leaders you should have details in your inbox. Alpha retreat will be 3 weeks! This is a great chance to develop deeper friendships, learn more about Jesus and have fun! You will receive your forms for the retreat on Friday so please mark your calendars for November 5-6th - Camp Galilee!
