YF Bible study this Friday and other details
it was alot of fun skating together and getting some beavertails on the canal on friday, winterlude broke records this year, its too bad that was the last weekend, some beautiful sculptures though. it was also great to see you on sunday morning as we continue to look at colossians. last Bible study, we talked about the importance of controlling your speech, this week we will continue to look at Scripture from the book of James, please bring your Bible and a soft heart as we look at other very present issues today.
many of you have received Getaway registration forms at sunday school or at the Getaway leadership meeting, if you have not received one (or lost it...) feel free to download them here, also those who were at sunday school have heard about the great opportunity for training / mission trip this summer with Christian Youth in Action. it is an opportunity to be challenged and grow, if you are interested start talking to me and pray! training is from june 24th - july 7th in a camp in fergus, ontario, 2007 and summer ministry is from july 8 - august 18th. if you are interested in growing and an unforgettable summer, let me know... i have some exciting news to help you decide too ;) blessings and see you all friday!!!
