YF Bible study and updates
thanks for the meaningful and honest fellowship night we had on friday. it touched our hearts to know that deep friendships and honesty is being shown in yf. i was so encouraged on friday to hear the honesty of all the guys and being able to pray together following the sex talk was great! shelly said that the girls had a really good discussion too!! please keep in mind what we learned about relationships and sex and to be conscious of our thoughts and actions.
this week is Bible study and we will be continuing our study of 1 Peter. please bring your Bibles (if you don't have one, let shelly and i know so that can be changed). also, for those of you who have talked to us about your interest in baptism, please let us know if you are serious about taking that step as soon as possible. it's been so encouraging to see you all grow!! contact us if you are willing to meet up sometime, we have met up with lots of you already - we like to know how we can pray for you all (by name) and know that we are praying for you all. looking forward to seeing you all on friday!!! peace.
