VFYF at Aaron's this Friday (13th)

Thanks for a hilarious Bigger or Better event with OCAC!  Groups came back with a sweet coffeetable, black lights, vintage and non-vintage lamps, a blender, books, jewelry eye-piece, half a watermelon (consumed before returning) and hilarious stories of course.  You also helped furnish pastor Jon's new place in Ottawa with laser printer/cartridges, lamp and coffeetable so that's awesome! Bigger or Better making differences in lives :)  Praise the Lord for the Ouje relationships, I've heard that youth will be coming to Ottawa all summer to visit you guys, pretty awesome testimony to the relationships that have been built!  

This Friday (13th) will be our first 'Virtually Free YF' night in 6 years!   That means there is no official YF event, but you are encouraged to hang out together!   The main idea is that Aaron has invited everyone to his home:  "YF will be at my house this week. So please don't trash it if you're coming, Its gonna be a pot luck, so bring food for all of us to share and eat. My house is at (address in your e-mail) in centerpoint (awesome ville) and come at like 5:30pm."   You should probably bring some games like dutch blitz, taboo, monopoly, wiimotes, snacks etc.  We'll be in Toronto for another wedding this weekend but hope (& trust) that everyone will have fun together and make a commitment to hanging out, building relationships and fellowship with one another this Friday!

Our Ouje sharing service is on Sunday 22nd, the ouje mission team will be in charge of the service, so please finish your submit your sharing by the 15th.  Allan and Rachel will be sharing verbally and we still need two more volunteers in English.  I'd like one person to commit to sharing in Mandarin and another in Cantonese as well.  

Any volunteers to open their home up for the YF Waterfight on August 10th?  Discipleship Week is coming up on August 13-17 so book that time slot on your calendars! :)   VBS is the following week (20th-24th), if you are interested in helping out with VBS, e-mail Jen at .  Yes, you will also get community hours.

Request to Kanata people, Michael Yip has a friend from CCF and she is looking for a place to live in the Fall, if any of your families are willing to sublet their home please let me know.
